What we now know to be eczema, Jeff was actually misdiagnosed for over three years.

Jeff started his treatment of prescription drugs that included: Soriatane, Prednisone, Methotrexate, Clobetasol, Propionate ointment, Protopic ointment, Bactroban cream, Econazole nitrate cream, Vectical ointment and Taclonex.

He also tried eczema laser treatments at UC Irvine.

None of the above solutions eliminated the itching and spreading of eczema to the rest of his body. This affected his social life. He couldn’t go out with friends because of pain and discomfort, and he couldn’t work out because getting sweaty made him more itchy.
